Our Payroll module allows you to
select salaried employees for pay automatically, or you
may enter salaried and hourly employees via the screen below. Once
you select the
employee, the salary automatically defaults from the employee file
and if hourly, awaits your
input of regular and overtime hours. All calculations are immediate
and all fields such as
pay rate and deductions may be overridden in any pay period. The
check stubs and/or
direct deposit vouchers show both current period and year-to-date
earnings and deductions.
