If you subscribe
to CaseLode, all Technical Support is automatically included in your
subscription rate. If you purchase CaseLode,
you have the option of subscribing to our Annual Software Support
agreement which covers unlimited telephone support, product upgrades
and our client newsletter. Client agrees to install any and all updates
as they become available.
Support is
provided via telephone and e-mail. Morningstar maintains support
hours from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time
Monday through Friday. Clients can also take advantage of after
hours
and weekend support by scheduling such in advance.
